Recommended Use: Kanpo Pro PMS Formula can be used every menstrual cycle on an as needed basis. It is best started three days before the typical onset of PMS. Some women find it helpful to start the use of this formula in the second half of their menstrual cycle after ovulation has finished, before PMS is experienced. Discontinue use during menstrual flow. Use this product for at least four cycles.

Caution: As with any dietary or herbal supplement, you should advise your health care practitioner of the use of this product. If you are nursing, pregnant or considering pregnancy, do not take this product. If you are on interferon therapy do not take this product.
